You're going through a tough time? Breakups are life experiences that
feel bad but are required for growth and development.

them out. No one will judge you, so don't judge yourself.

During this vulnerable time, you're going to feel a variety of emotions, from pain
and sadness to anger and frustration.

If you're worried about saying something you know you'll regret later down the
line. Pour your feelings out so they leave your body.

No matter how difficult it may be, cut all contact for a while. If you choose
to become friends, that's up to you; focus on yourself.

rekindle a beautiful friendship for life.

It's time to learn to love yourself again. Enjoy your own company, spend time
alone, and learn to find joy in that.

nutrients and necessities so your body is at its best.
