Intelligence Intelligence is a cornerstone of human existence, shaping the way we think, act, and connect with the world. It is not merely about IQ or academic performance; intelligence encompasses a vast spectrum, including emotional understanding, creativity, problem-solving, adaptability, and interpersonal skills. The American Psychological Association report on intelligence acknowledges that “individuals differ from one another in their ability to understand complex ideas, to adapt effectively to the environment, to learn from experience, to engage in various forms of reasoning, to overcome obstacles by taking thought”.
