Spirituality

Spirituality

Spirituality is simpler; we make it more complicated. Let’s try and examine what the very meaning of the word “spirituality” is in the first place.
Spirituality is a combo word of three words: “spirit,” “ally,” and “ty.” Spirit is the incorporeal (not composed of matter, having no material existence) aspect of man. “Aly” (French) means “true,” and “Ty” (Latin) means “nature.” Hence, spirituality means “true nature of the Spirit!” Simple, just like “personality” or the true nature of a person!

Spirit, by nature, is DORMANT when idle and DYNAMIC when stirred. Practicing Spirituality, therefore, means learning how to keep up the human spirit so that man can accomplish what he wants to accomplish which includes knowing the Divine, the true nature of things (awareness or “Dharana,” as it is called by Rishi Patanjali in his Yoga Sutra), and other accomplishments in this “Bhava Sagar - material world."

Have you seen a lazy man (It is called Tamo Guna—attribute—in Sanskrit) achieving anything? So keep your spirits UP so that you can say you are spiritual. If you don’t know this “essence,” you are NOT pursuing Spirituality, but ignorance!
It is a wrong notion that came out of ignorance that one has to DISCARD the past as well as the FUTURE and stick only to the PRESENT! If you do not analyze what you have done previously in the past, you would not know how to MODIFY your actions in the PRESENT to get an ENVISAGED result, meaning the future.
So, come out of the illusion of the incorrect thoughts you are nourishing.
Man is called “Vyakti” in Sanskrit, and it means “the one who is having CLARITY or “Vyakthata.”

I found that you have a “space,” and it does not have any details as to what your “objective” is and what you expect from people to give you as their “content.” It does not say the “Dos and Don’ts” or any rudimentary information. Best wishes for SPIRITUALITY.
