Past life regression

Past life regression is a type of psychotherapy in which a therapist helps a client to remember a previous life. People will then be able to remember past lives. This can provide an outlet for them to understand themselves more deeply. It can be a liberating experience to discover things about themselves that they never knew before and realize why they may have been feeling the way they do or behaving in certain ways in life.

Past life regression accesses memories and experiences that are normally hidden in the subconscious mind. Life today is so busy and so ‘noisy’ that these memories are usually concealed beneath the noise of everyday thoughts. A PLR session guides you out of the noise and into a deeply quiet and peaceful state.
Past life regression can help:
·     Reconnect with past life experiences.
·     Help you understand why you feel a deep connection with certain places.
·     Explore your past life and current soulmate experiences.
·     Identify physical ailments you have, which may be remnants of past life experiences.
·     Explore unresolved emotions over a lifetime, creating fears or beliefs that you have been unable to explain.
·     Acknowledge and embrace the key lessons learned through those lives.
The idea of reincarnation is that after death, an individual may be reborn into another body. This idea has existed in various religions for at least 3,000 years.
Reincarnation is closely linked to the concept of karma—relating to cause and effect.
Since the 1950s, in the USA and Western Europe, studies have shown that 25% to 30% of people believe in reincarnation. Philosophers such as Orpheus, Plato, Pythagoras and Socrates all believed in reincarnation. Other prominent believers include Benjamin Franklin, Napoleon Bonaparte, Henry Ford, and General George S. Patton.
The major religions that hold a belief in reincarnation are Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, and Sikhism—all of Indian origin.
One of the best-known studies for past life experience is by Dr. Ian Stevenson. Over a period of forty years, he investigated and documented some 3,000 cases around the world claiming to recollect past-life memories. Stevenson published hundreds of papers and 14 books on reincarnation. He concluded that memories, emotions, and even physical injuries in the form of birthmarks could be transferred from one life to another.
